This Distance Contract (hereinafter – the “Contract”) is concluded between:

(hereinafter – the “Seller”)
and any person placing an order on www.andaabstract.com (hereinafter – the “Buyer”).
The Seller sells physical goods including but not limited to:
Original paintings
Art prints
Accessories
Fabrics
All prices are indicated in EUR and include 21% VAT.
No pre-order system is currently used.
Personalized products are made according to the Buyer’s specifications.
Right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods, except in cases of defects.
The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order via email after successful payment.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation via MakeCommerce (Maksekeskus).
The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or force majeure.
Payments may include:

Google Pay
Apple Pay
All transactions are processed securely by the payment provider.

Latvia: 1–5 business days
Baltic States: 2–5 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may be extended during Christmas season
Latvia:
Orders up to 50 EUR – Buyer pays shipping
Orders above 50 EUR – Seller covers shipping
Estonia & Lithuania:
Orders up to 100 EUR – Buyer pays
Orders above 100 EUR – Seller covers
Europe:
Orders up to 200 EUR – Buyer pays
Orders above 200 EUR – Seller covers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If a parcel is not collected within the storage period, it is returned to SIA AndaAbstract. Re-delivery costs may apply.
Risk transfers to the Buyer upon delivery.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods (except personalized goods).
Conditions:
Product must not be used
Packaging must not be damaged
If packaging is opened and product used, return is not accepted (unless defect discovered)
Return shipping costs are covered by SIA AndaAbstract.
Refunds are issued within 2–5 business days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
The Seller may withhold refund until goods are received.
If goods are defective:
Buyer must notify Seller promptly
Evidence (photos, order number) must be provided
Seller may:
Replace
Repair
Refund
Response is provided within 15 days.
Painting rental is available for offices in Latvia.
Rental conditions:
Minimum rental period: 3 months
30% advance payment required
Written rental agreement required
Seller assumes responsibility for risks as defined in rental agreement
Buy-out option available
Rental agreements are separate from this Distance Contract.
The Seller may issue promotional discount codes.
The Seller reserves the right to:
Set validity periods
Limit usage
Cancel codes in case of misuse
All artworks, designs, images, and brand elements including the logo “anda_abstract” are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, modification, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Purchases may be made by persons under 18 years of age only with parental or legal guardian consent.
The Seller is liable only for direct damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
The Seller is not liable for:
Indirect losses
Technical interruptions of the website
Minor visual differences due to screen settings
Disputes shall first be resolved through mutual negotiations.
The Buyer may submit complaints to:

The version valid at the time of purchase applies to the specific order.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
